Product help
Use “This does not look right” on a result to preserve the named finding and its evidence context for review. Use Report on a supported item for safety, privacy or conduct concerns. Neither action automatically includes private video.
Account and privacy
Open Passport, then Privacy and notification settings, then Manage and delete my FORM data. You can remove one recording and its derived graph or type the full confirmation to close the account. For an access, correction or privacy request, email hello@peakwave.co.
Purchases
If a paid beta feature is enabled, manage the store subscription through the Apple or Google account used to buy it. Include the platform and non-sensitive transaction reference when contacting support. Never email payment-card details or a password.
Contact
Email hello@peakwave.co with the app version, device type, approximate time and the screen where the issue occurred. Do not attach private swing footage unless support explicitly explains a safe, optional route and you choose to do so.
Urgent safety
FORM is not an emergency or medical service. Stop practising if you are injured or in an unsafe environment and contact the appropriate local emergency or healthcare service.
